I want to show the category name somewhere in my template, but <IMAGE_CATEGORY> would include a link and "Category" before the link.

How can I quote the category without the link and the word "Category"?

if the paged_archive Addon is turned on, <CATEGORY_OR_DATE_NAME_PAGED_ARCHIVE> should work
