Does your template use the <IMAGE_NOTES> (http://www.pixelpost.org/docs/TemplateTags/IMAGE_NOTES) template tag? I did not see it in use. . .

If it does and it's still not working, you're going to have to upgrade to Pixelpost 1.7.1 as we no longer support v1.4x
