Internal Server Error

Can someone please advise as to why I am getting the following error?

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request..."

I have had the photo blog for a few years now without any severe problems like this, and I have not touched the blog for a few weeks, so I am confused as to why this would happen!

I guess that's a problem with the permissions on /home/dynamicp/public_html/photos. That's what the 500 error points to. The access rights should be 777. I'd check this. And you may check your .htaccess too. Do you have full control over your server, means a dedicated root? Otherwise is it possible that the hoster has installed a PHP or MYSQL update?
