Looking for template with Search function

I need a template that includes a Search field that searches image titles and returns thumbnail links to images with the search term in the title. This is for a portrait gallery. I want visitors to able to look for portraits by the subject's name.

Anyone know of such?

well, for this purpose we have a search function in our extend section.
