I looked on here and couldn't find anything that matched this, but this is an error I'm getting when I try to upload an image to my fresh setup of pixelpost.
Warning: imagejpeg(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in /home/.kalvi/apartment17/apartment17.com/pp/www/admin/index.php on line 876
Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in /home/.kalvi/apartment17/apartment17.com/pp/www/admin/index.php on line 878
I made sure the absolute paths were correct in the options panel, but it still does this. Hope someone can help...
thanks in advance.

I am not sure about this, on your site it says 4 images posted, and if it says four images posted it has uploaded, without errors, four images. They won't be saved in the database unless the upload is verified 'ok'. So the verification might be off, for some reason.
The errors you're receiving is from the thumbnail generation, which gets done after an image has been uploaded and verified 'ok'.
This is strange, I have no clue what to say and even less info for you how to fix it.
You can give me ftp login details if you wish to let me have a look at it, I'll think about this some more but doubt I will come up with anything useful.

I'm getting the exact same error. It's very frustrating. if I upload the image myself it will be there, but there will not be a thumbnail, unless I to create that and upload it myself.

Check the path to the images folder. It must be the absolute server path.
In randys case above I'm not sure if it worked out or not, the path he has is very strange, why a hidden folder for example? I'm not sure how php reacts to such things.
Check the path, double check it. :)
