Title and sub-title in alternative language?

Hi, is it possible to add an seperate title and sub-title for the alternative language?

If my php and sql knowlegde where a bit better, i would do it on my own, because i am sure that isn`t to much work ;)
Can somebody help me, or aleready has a solution?

thank you for the quick reply. I mean the title and subtitle for the blog. As example, the primary language of my blog is german (http://photoblog.fh-forum.org/?lang=de), with the actual
title: Kunst mit Fotos - Fotos als Kunstwerk
and sub-title: Makros, HDRIs, Sonnenuntergaenge, Natur, Landschaften, Wassertropfen, Portraets, Experimentelles, uvm...

The alternative language of my blog is english (http://photoblog.fh-forum.org/?lang=en), and therefore i will translate the titel and subtitle of my blog.

as an example:
title: Art with photography - photography as art
subtitle: Macros, HDRIs, sunset, nature, landscape, waterdrops, and so on....

Hope my question is now clear.

all should similar, as i post a photo where i can post title and discription for both, prim and alternative, languages.

how do you set alternative language to english ? I don't see it in the list in options admin section... I would like to have spanish as main language and english as alternative.
