Installation problem

I have just installed on web host.
When accessing site for first time I receive this message against a white background


Coming Soon! Nothing to show. No image to show here or they are set to show in future!

Does anybody know what this means ?

It usually means that there are no images in your PP install yet. Have you uploaded any images?
