is there a sub category / filter addon?

i've looked all over for an addon that creates sub categories like the follwoing sites with no success...

http://www.j-roumagnac.net/index.php?x=browse&filter=last100
http://ssudhi.pixelring.net/sharpBokeh/index.php?x=browse&pop=mc

for example, most commented, most viewed, least commented etc..

the url looks like this

.../index.php?x=browse&pop=mc

any idea how this is achieved?

It's all custom most likely. Maybe try contacting them and see if they are willing to share?

There is a "most commented" and also a "my favorites" addon.

I believe these are compatible with PP 1.7, even though they say 1.6 or lower.
