Site not working? It's probably Defensio

Defensio is down. Their site is giving a 500 internal server error, which is then passed onto our blogs. Log into FTP and disable defensio by changing the name of the directory in the addon directory (or if you can do it in the admin panel).

My site is working again. Now I just have to fend off the russian spammers myself :-)

turned Defensio off and now...

from 0 to 60 in 1 second!

(before the car just wouldn't start :))

Defensio says that it's an issue with their Amazon hosting provider. You can follow their progress on their blog:
