Installation Error - Finalize

During installation of Pixelpost 1.7.1 I get the following error in the Finalize step:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: create13tables() in /data/members/paid/d/u/dutchphotoday.nl/htdocs/piet/admin/install/install_schema.php on line 13

You're either missing files or some files were corrupted during FTP transfer. Re-download the Pixelpost 1.7.1 package and re-upload the contents to your server. Clear your database (or restore from a backup if you were upgrading) and try installing once more.
