dfgallery in pixelpost

Hello,

I have a very basic question as I'm a new user. I try to install the dfgallery addon. No success so far!

I don't understand what I have to modify (index.php?) in order to have the addon working.
I know the index.php should be modifed but how? the documentation says anywhere in the body tag... I'm lost.
