I want to reinstall pixelpost using the exact same settings as my current installation.. how do I do it.

Is their a file that holds the config information. (the sql data base name, location, password) will stay the same as well as everything else.

The only "config" file is pixelpost.php which holds your database connection information. Everything else is stored within your database (except for your images/thumbnails of course).
