ws-slideshow & Pixelpost Gallery (flash)

Hi Folks!

I've been looking for a flashbased slideshow (with fullscreenmode etc.) and came up with two slideshows.
I've adapted them to work with Pixelpost.

Here are two versions (they are still in development).

Pixelpost-Gallery

- this is a stand alone flash gallery (best views fullscreen - so it will not be included into a template)
- I've planned to add a few other features like background music & logo support.

I think I'll upload both Addons this weekend.

PS: I know that there is that wonderful dfGallery (http://www.pixelpost.org/forum/showthread.php?t=8712) from TheMarco.
It's a coincidence the he released that addon just a few days after I've been started working on my own addon.

Not sure if anybody is interested, but I've uploaded the PP [Flash] Gallery to the extension repository.

Note: This is a "full size" (full page) flash gallery.
It runs on it's own page (you can define the name yourself - or put it in a popup) - but not in your pixelpost template.

Bug Report
Several Users have told me that there is a bug in the gallery.
It seems to happen that there are shown no images when you've installed pixelpost not into your root-directory of your domain.

I'll fix that in the next two weeks.

i just can't make your gallery to work : it happens just what you say below ---> no images are shown.... will you fix that problem ?


Also, where can i define the 'category' menu ?

Hi!

The problem has already been fixed in the latest version. Just download it again.

What do you whant to define.
The Category menue is built of the categories you can create in the pixelpost software.

From what i read, i understand i have a problem since i can't create new categories. I don't know why.
Anyway, i have posted a thread in the french international forum to see where the problem can come from (it's probably me the problem !)

As soon as this first problem will be fixed, i will try again your addon.
