Comments always on...

in Pixelpost administration even if i change the comment setting for "publish instantly" or "to moderation queue" or even "disable commenting" the comments are always published instantly.

Yes, those settings are global for NEWLY uploaded images. Please search the forum for an addon that fixes that.
