gibberish on install

so i click on the install.php and then this image comes up?

what am i doing wrong?

It looks like your server doesn't process PHP files properly. Please contact your hosting company.

not sure what to do from here... i will say how i installed it... some things went wrong the first itme i tried to upload as my FTP program was not working... it was uploading partial files... so i tried deleating... i deleated it and then got DW ftp working.. anyway so i then uploaded the pixelpost file.. then i opened the file in safari and got the result of the image i submitted!!!!!
