Hello Pixelpost lovers!

I wonder if somebody is planning/thinking to release/create a pixelpost "portfolio" template. I think pixelpost could be an excellent platform not just for photoblog, but portfolios too.

I'm tired to search in any other "cms" for a good template, I always change the css and graphics, that's not exactly my problem... I'm interested more in a template focused on "gallery on frontpage" and the image page just to take a look to a specific work/picture.

Even if I always take a look to the code, I'm not exactly a coder, I'm a photographer, graphic designer and illustrator... so, if somebody is willing to create one, I can help with icon/interface design.

Hello Gus,

I'm planning to create a portfolio website myself and I believe the main problem is not the template, which(from my point of view) can be created really fast, but the lack of some facilities(or at least addons) such as categories/subcategories(and the possibility to add tree navigation with it), search option and a few more(minor).

All the best!

Pixepost is a photo blog not a gallery.
If you want a gallery .. why not use a gallery? Lots of them are out there.

Porto is cool

Lightroom has some great galleries...

But why not just use pixelpost for your portfolio??? Just show one photo at a time or start in browse mode. When you show a real portfolio BOOK you show just one photo at a time and flip through them ... yes???

I understand you want to show thumbnails on a front page and allow viewers to pick one.. their are a lot of gallery programs out there for free.. I, for ONE, would not want Pixelpost to get bloated and full of features that go beyond the scope of it's creation in the first place... but that's just me !!!
