Changing templates

New to PixelPost and blogging too.

Is it possible to change templates? If I choose one template now will I be able to change it in the future? Is it easy to do? Will I loose some information?

Yes, it is very easy to change. You can upload the files and switch the template design with a drop down menu in the admin area.
