How to change image order

How do I change the image order in my admin panel? you know, i want certain images to flow together.

Well as it's meant as a (photo)blogging application it will naturally display the entries by date / time. Therefore you should be able to easily alter the order of your images by going to your admin panel and altering the date they were uploaded so that you get the desired order.

I've been curious about the date/time feature myself- is there anyway at all to disable the date stamp? (probably not, but am still curious) ; )
