SPAM Control Problem

Hello,

I'm trying to setup the spam control options and when I try to access from the Options menu in the admin interface I always got the following message:

“Table 'alvaroblog.pixelpost_banlist' doesn't exist”

Do I have a problem with my installation? Is there a way to manually create the table?

These are all the tables that I have:
