Problems installing Pixel Post

Hi,

I am trying to install pixel post and having difficulties with it, I uploaded the folder like it said and then when i try to access the install.php file I just get an error message in the browser and wondering what it is i am doing wrong?

Any advice will be great.

Hi, I am having the same problem. I have an IPowerPro Hosting Plan (which should have all the requirements) and the 1.7.1. pixelpost version. After having created the database and uploaded the pixelpost files, when I try to access to the install.php file (located in the "admin" folder) it gives the following error message :

"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log"

Any clue?

Ipower chat assistance gave me the answer: I have to activate the CGI scripts. It may take some hours to be functional, but it should be ok now.
