Parse Error

Here is the message I get when trying to view my site: www.chinamash.com


Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER, expecting ',' or ';' in /***/***/public_html/index.php on line 295

I would post the code in question but for some reason the message keeps getting jumbled up and from the three lines I tried to paste about 19000 lines come up.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I re-downloaded the file from this site and uploaded it onto my server...which solved the problem. After reading some other posts on this forum I'm still a little stumped as to what may have caused the initial problem though.

If a file doesn't get uploaded fully, it can cause strange errors like this. That would be my guess.

The site had been online, problem free, for about two years though. There's a post in this forum that says a hack might have possibly happened on the server where my site is and weird code was injected into the index files.

Who knows.
