Awaition Moderation - Problem

Hi

when I submit a comment in my photoblog the comment doesn't show up...
I have set it to publish instantly but when I check my comments in admin control panel I noticed that the comment is stored in Awaiting Moderation.. when I opened it nothing showed up again.. but it says 4 comments are awaiting moderation...

what's the problem?

no reply. Your comments are send to the moderation queue for some reason.

My crystal bulb is kind of broken (fishes are still swimming in it) so without a bit more information I cannot help. Sorry.
