Pixelpost

hello there
I'm new to this pixelpost and i have not installed my pixelpost yet because i have a problem on the configuration session. it says it can not connect to the data base using the new configuration file. I have no idea how to fix this, can you help me?
I tried to send emials for support@pix... and info@pix.. but the addresses all failed.
