Comments Missing
 

My site is: nagpanaoan.com and I just opened my account on Tuesday. I am really struggling with PixelPost because I feel that even the simplest thing that someone who has no IT background whatsoever could do still seems so complex.

I turned on Defensio for comments in my site. When I opened my comment section in my admin folder, it says "Awaiting Moderation (0), Defensio (2)." Then down below are the two items with comments with a message "COMMENT NOT CHECKED WITH DEFENSIO - CLICK HERE TO TRY AGAIN." I checked and clicked to no avail. I also clicked on the box that says "Report as NOT Spam to Defensio." Still nothing happened. Then above the pictures its says "Could not report 2 comments as HAM to Defensio."

I also clicked "Empty Quarantine" in my frustration and it just totally wiped out the comment which came from my friend.

DO you have a Defensio Key?
