Spots

I have some white spots, looks like dead pixels showing up in my photos and thumbs once I upload an image. The spots are not there in the raw(pre pixelpost upload) image. How do I make them disappear. www.kyleorso.com

I should mention that the spots only show in Internet explorer and not in Firefox.
