image is pixelated and weird after upload
 

lately i have had major problems with uploading to pixelpost

it takes about 5-10 minutes to upload a 400k image (others sites on the server work fine) and after its uploaded it looks all pixelated and garbled.

any ideas?

i can´t see your problem, i visit your site and the pictures all ok.

yes i had to fix by re reuploading from the edit image page...

it gets messed up when i add a NEW image.
