photoblog and a seperate gallery page?
 

Hello.
Im looking at making my own photoblog/photogallery page. that should have a photoblog and then a separate page for photo gallery and no lin between them.

Ive started to look at wordpress, and there the gallery part of the site was easy, but making the photoblog work as i wanted looked to be a bit cumbersom. And then i just stumbeld over pixelpost that seams to be offering exactly what i need in a photbolg :)

Ive setup a test wordpres site here: http://www.fuu.nu/linusno/ So u can see what i had in mind.

The question now is. Is it possible to get the same functionality in pixelpost regarding the gallery?

Pixelpost is a Pictureblog ONLY, no Gallery with real Categories an Subcategories and you can´t compare it with a galleryplugin like nextgen for Wordpress.
If you like Wordpress and nextgen you can try to use Wordpress for all, as Blog (postings with Text), as Photoblog (a picture in a normal posting) and as Gallery with the nextgen Plugin (i think nextgen is one of the best or maybee the best galleryplugins for WP).
