your server is not set to run PHP.files
is php installed at your server? which version? are all PHP-mimetypes etc. configured at your webspace? Ask your hoster good luck! |
consider www.eleven2.com for hosting. it's not free but great value for how much time you'll save.
This is usually the case when you do not have PHP compiled and running with apache.
Thank you all for your input , and i'll take it all on board. Many thanks peircedpaul :)
i just had a reply from my isp which said set the chmod to 755 for all my files so i done that and stii no go. yes they do suport .php files. i'm starting to go bonkers
peircedpaul :( |
Quit possibly they do not have php configured as it is clear the web server they are using, whether it be apache or whatever is not parsing the PHP files.
is there any good simple tutorials for eleven2.com setting up and stuff. just set a account up with but are having a few problems (like being new to it all) ;)
We dont have any tutorials up, we need some, but just let us know at support@eleven2.com and we can help you install it.
http://wiki.pixelpost.org/index.php/...tall_Pixelpost is a pretty nice tutorial, although visual tutorials going through different admin systems such as cpanel and enism would be cool too
