Комментарии на русском из IE и Firefox: несовпаден&#
 

Пример вот здесь: http://photo.morrra.ru/?showimage=107 - смотрите комментарии к картинке. Все комменты, сделанные из IE, не читаются в Firefox, и наоборот.
Как можно исправить?

Ìîæåò ëè áûòü äåëî â íàñòðîéêå áðàóçåðîâ? Ïîëüçóþñü Maxthon (àíàëîã IE) è Firefox. È òàì è òàì ñòîèò àâòîîïðåäåëåíèå.

the forum is ISO-8859-1 and my browser is set to automatic detect....
so I think it should be handled better by the contributers, because otherwise we will have to change the browser codepage in each forum... ;=(

Connie, there is not trouble 'cause it is in russian, therefore the text could be read in russian codepage. Almost all users from post-soviet countries can read this topics.

First of all text at the beggining right now is properly encoded.
Second thing are working comments. I dont know where exactly is problem with them. Im posting new ones, I see the other ones so I dont know what was the issue.
