Guys, I have an open ticket with E2 since the 7th, no reply so far. The support forum is offline. My mails to E2 support are bouncing back to me. Does anyone know why they are so very silent?
I am sorry to hear that.
Our technical support department is 24/7 so if the ticket was put into that department it should have been taken care of already no questions asked. If it is waiting for sales or billing I can see te delay because of the weekend and such, but regardless I do appologize.
If you can PM me the ticket number I will make sure its taken care of asap!
