Why is E2 ignoring me
I had my request for a domain transfer Thursday of last week, and it has stayed at the same transfer status since then. E2 got back to me on Thursday saying that the current status is awaiting my email confirmation, which I never received. Since then I have been replying to my own ticket about once or twice each day. But I'm basically talking to myself. After no response I emailed them earlier today, still no response. I've messaged their AIM support twice over the past several days but again no response.
I'm aware that I may be a little too persistent in my constant nagging, but this is getting a bit ridiculous. Am I supposed to wait a whole week to hear something from them? Domain transfers aren't supposed to be this frustrating. Have you guys had the same level of service? I thought they were supposed to be "world class." I'm sad. :(
