Add a blog tab

Has anyone tried to incorporate a blog into an existing template?

[Yes I know we are effectively using a photoblog here] what I mean is a "running" blog, ie for daily posts of narrative content, perhaps newsworthy events, links, Digg functionality etc.

Most people simply use both Pixelpost & Wordpress (or any other text blog software). As long as the templates match up, the users are none the wiser.

Wordpress

I don't actually use it, but this is wordpress designed to fit the look of my photo site. If you need a custom design you can PM me about doing a job for you.

Thanks for the replies

Jay - I am prone to use Blogger but am familiar with Wordpress as well. Though, having looked at the templates for pixelpost, I am unclear as to which file I would look to use as the template (html) to copy over into Blogger/WordPress.

I would guess it wouldn't be the about, browse, image and caroussel html pages that need to be carried over.

You will need to create to either create a new Blogger/WordPress theme or simply modify an existing theme, basing it off of the general HTML code seen in about_template.html. If you are familiar with HTML, this should be possible.
