Upload used to work, STOPPED WORKING!

This is very odd... In FF I get a box that states a script is unresponsive click to continute or stop... AFTER I click on the box that is supposed to U/L my photo...

It was working a few days...

I was doing everything right except for the formatting in the image_template.html file... Needed to remove the <a>...</a> section and just use the setting in the index.php one...
