Can someone tell me how to view the code for a tag?

I would like to modify the <SITE_RSS_LINK> tag so it says rss feed, instead of RSS 2.0.

For some reason when I first turned on the ping...

For some reason when I first turned on the ping service add on and added blogrolling, it worked. But since then, blogrolling doesn't seem to know that my site has been updated.

Any ideas?
