I got it to work. My webhost is a little particular about how emails are sent from scripts; I just had to add a throwaway email from my domain in the "to" line, as well as my flickr email.

Ok, thanks for checking. I'll try reinstalling PicLens on that computer and see what happens. Strange that it works for some sites and not mine, but it's pretty clear it's specific to that computer....
