Update and finally fixed right
Thanks Connie. I recreated the templates using Dreamweaver (just cut and pasted them into Dreamweaver and saved). Now they are properly encoded as UTF-8 files, and they are working in both Firefox...

FIXED, Related to UTF-8 Encoding
A few days ago I realized that my templates all have charset UTF-8, but the actual encoding is ANSI. So I opened up each template in Notepad, did a "Save As" and used "UTF-8 Encoding."
