I've tried your version, i have copied your admin directory and the SQL code of insert_options_resizeimage.sql was successuffly added with phpMyAdmin.

However, i've the following message :
"Champ 'maximagesize' inconnu dans field list"

Any idea ?

It's not my version. It's the Romain's version. do what Romain said.
