I replaced all of them except "images" and "thumbnails". It functions with the addon folder with files now but it still won't generate thumbnails for new images. Also it has this error on the addons page in the admin:
PHP Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in
c:\path\to\my\admin\index.php on line 524
