The Pixelpost is not a course of that problem. The problem was in the httpd.conf (or .htaccess) of Apache, that changes the default codepage to windows-1251. Now, all of my problems with PP and utf-8 solved! Thank you!
p.s. But I cannot explain, why the Wordpress UTF-8 installation is function very well without specific setup of Apache server by the same account of the same hosting-company.
