I too have recently found their 24/7 AIM support to not be very 24/7 at all... they're always online, but noone responds to my questions... I ended up getting the hosting anyway, but to me, that's not a good start with poor customer service.
I didn't go for the domain transfer.. just the hosting at this stage.
