Getting an unbiased answer to this from developers is tricky, because most have an affinity with one in particular and prefer not to change. Having said that, I now use jQuery having first dabbled with mootools, and while both are ideal candidates for inclusion within pixelpost, I prefer to use jQuery for its ease of use and fantastic CSS manipulation logic.
I've also found that jQuery support and plugins to be in plentiful supply.
I'm curious as to why you would consider using a javascript framework in pixelpost - are you thinking of the admin backend as opposed to front end presentation?
