Thanks for the link. That's half my problem sorted. Is there any chance my main problem/feature could make its way in to a future release or be made in to an addon? Other than this problem, pixelpost combined with a bit of jiggery pokery has provided me with everything I need in a website. I am however stuck at this last hurdle.
Edit; Oh and something else I would to see changed; when you recrop an image, I would like it if it took you back to that image in the admin panel, not back to the images list like it does at present. It doesn't matter hugely, but it does mean an extra click when you are uploading loads of pictures. Just a suggestion.
