Pixelpost is a Pictureblog ONLY, no Gallery with real Categories an Subcategories and you canīt compare it with a galleryplugin like nextgen for Wordpress.
If you like Wordpress and nextgen you can try to use Wordpress for all, as Blog (postings with Text), as Photoblog (a picture in a normal posting) and as Gallery with the nextgen Plugin (i think nextgen is one of the best or maybee the best galleryplugins for WP).
