posting img with last year's date has problems

hi,

i am building a new site and moving my old images to pixelpost while trying to preserve the original dates. when i want to add an image with date, say, october 3rd, 2004, the "add new image" panel accepts it but the image is not shown because its date is stored as october 3rd, 2005! by editing the image properties i can change its date and time to the correct value and the image shows up. but it's pretty tiring to do for 300+ images. the site is hosted at eleven2 (www.usualsubjects.com).
