Hi mikelangelo,

I was just reading through this thread and I tested your site out with my browser (IE 6.0.2) and I run into the same problem. On the main site the styles work perfectly, but when I visit a few photos later, the style is gone. I just thought I would let you know that I see it too.

Mike

I think that the problem is that you made your mod based on the "Simple" template, which for some reason has a bug when viewed in IE. I use FF most of the time, so I didn't notice it before. I just experienced what you are seeing using IE on the following post:

The style gets screwed up when you come to a post that has "double" quotes in the comments. 'Single' quotes are fine. If you search the forum you'll find a thread or two about it.

Here is the offending text:

Well... warm colors anyway. (Photo friday submission for "Warmth.")

Thank you very much!!! I never would have figured that out!! I went through each image and removed all quotes and all of my images appear to be functioning groovy, now.

But... I found something else interesting. If I go to the first image in my blog:
http://www.mikelangelo.com/blog/index.php?showimage=1

the image links to the 60th image!!!?? now THERE's a feature! ;-) no big deal..but weird!

Thanks very much for your help skennedy1217.

also if you use the lang iso tags then you won't have the problem with jus seeing

Shutter Speed:
Aperture:
Focal Length:

ISO:

like you are with your first image - if the data isn't present those won't be either.

god knows what happened to make that link to #60! lol

Yeah... I added the "shutter speed:" text so folks would be able to understand it better..but i forgot that I had many pics without that info. Thanks for the tip. I'll fix that up.

Sometimes all it takes is a second set of eyes. Stuff like that lurks under my nose all the time.
