wrong exposure number in exif info

hello guys, i need your help, pls. i am using pp 1.4.2 and the problem is with exposure time i think higher than 9 ... when i got a picture with 10 second exposure it displays as 1/0 ... but lower numbers are ok.
where could be the mistake? pls help me. thank u.

we use EXIFER 1.5 for this, the homesite is here:

maybe they have an explanation?

there was similar issue in the forum before as a bug.
Check out http://forum.pixelpost.org/showthread.php?t=2267 it could be the solution.
