Creating a New Tag

Is there a tutorial (or can someone explain it to me), how to create a new tag with a varible. I need to make a price varible, where in the PP admin I can enter a price, and then when I post the photo can add the price tag at the bottom. Any suggestions?

This is something which should be done by an AddOn.
The Addon must generate
output at the admin-addon page
create a database-table for your details if that table does not exist yet
must take the input from an inputfield (the price) and write it into a database table
must create the TAG for the template

so it needs some database-skill
