Not able to log in...

Hi,

I just completed the upgrade, and it won't accept my login. I noticed someone else reported the same problem, but there was no fix indicated?

I've tried on both IE and Firefox.

Help!

***let me add...i changed the pixelpost.php file to reflect the database info, and during the upgrade install, there were no errors indicated.

davis - perhaps try clearing your cookies. this may help. otherwise i'm really not sure why the upgrade would have affected anything regarding login - other than 1.5 uses sessions rather than cookies.

I cleared my cache & cookies, but got the same result. I don't understand it either. It's unfortunate...

Can I downgrade back to 1.4.3 as easily as it was to upgrade? I've only just started my pblog, so i'm not concerned about loosing data.

I guess I could remove it entirely from the server and start the whole process again...

well, you could try resetting your username and password...something is not right though.

Fixed!

I changed the user name and pass, and was able to log in.

I don't understand why i had to do that, but oh well.

Thanks for your help.

p.s. i love this software btw. it's very easy to use, and i've been very happy with the results. I can't wait to get everything up and running so that I can start sharing my work.
