Talking

any program which needs files being uploaded needs the right to do so
that is normal program behaviour and no scripting error!

take the file, which I attached here, rename it to phptest.php and load it to your server
call it in the browser

search for "upload"

it would be good to have the information for these 3 values:
Code:
file_uploads
upload_max_filesize
upload_tmp_dir
file_uploads should be "ON"

that is the most necessary info

if that is set to "OFF" your hoster is crazy;=)

don't forget to delete the file at your server after using it, please

tell us the results

The problem is finally fixed. I turned my host serve from Windows .asp to Linux .php. And my photoblog works well, the project has started. Thank you for your support and help.

Great that it works now!

I am a pedestrian, but never mind... I just saw a Ferrari in Moscow and wondered how this car masters the bad roads there ;=)
