Report SPAM Generating Duplicate Entries In Admin Lists

First of all 1.5rc is just awesome. I am thrilled with it!

I have used the "Report SPAM" option while reviewing/deleting SPAM comments that are still getting through. I notice that when I do this, it is putting two (2) entries into the SPAM options lists (Blacklist and Refferers).

For example if I select a single SPAM comment's check box, and then click on "Report SPAM", then when I go over to the SPAM options, I will see the IP address that the comment SPAM came from twice like this:

163.178.64.4
163.178.64.4

I then have to delete the duplicate entries. How can I fix it so that there is just one entry from one comment that gets reported as SPAM?

BTW with the updates I have madeto the blacklist, I have noticed an almost immediate and significant dropoff I the amount of SPAM comments I am receiving.
